QBF position descriptions 2013-2014:

College Representative: General liaison between QBF and their respective college. One or more at each school. Does local advertising and communication with college English/Creative Writing departments and groups.

Web Editor: In charge of the Facebook and Tumblr and updating e-mail lists.

Layout Editor: Graphic design of the magazine after the order of pieces has been decided. Suggests font, type size, etc. (We have InDesign!)

Treasurer: In charge of budgeting and funding concerns. Will work with the Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor.

Event Coordinator: Communicates with off-campus venues and partners; schedules and coordinates events (including refreshments, location, budget, and guest lists); public face of the publication at events.

Managing Editor: Supports Editor-in-chief, and runs meetings in EIC’s absence; writes grants; collaborates with the EIC in the final edit of the publication
